How it is made
The beast is printed onto the mug with sublimation: the ink is baked into the glaze, so the print stays bright for years. Each mug is made one by one after you order.

Your piece is printed to order in 2 to 5 business days, in the studio closest to you.
Delivery:
EU and UK 3 to 7 business days, US and Canada 3 to 5, rest of the world 5 to 20. Free standard shipping on orders over $50 / €50.

Returns + Replacement
Replacement:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will print a new one for you at no extra cost, or refund you in full.
Lost parcel:
Write to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send it again.
Refund:
Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. See our returns page.
