Every Dyvooo piece is printed to order by our production partner Printful, in studios in Europe, the UK and the US, so your beast travels a short way to reach you. We ship worldwide.

How long it takes

Printing: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery in the EU and UK: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery in the US and Canada: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery to the rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days

During peak season (November and December) printing and delivery can take a few days longer.

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, because mugs, posters, pillows, stickers, bottles and notebooks are made in different studios.

Free standard shipping on orders over €50 / $50 / £50. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to some countries outside the EU, UK and US may have import duties or fees charged by local customs, which are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, write to us and we will reship it or refund you. See our Refund policy for details.
