1. Who we are

dyvooo.com is operated by Olena Klepko, sole trader, Tolstraat 79 bus 101, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium, enterprise number (KBO/BCE) 1039.026.782, email hello@dyvooo.com ("we", "us"). By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our products are printed to order by our production partner Printful. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the printed item, and small variations in print placement are normal for printed goods. Product descriptions, size guides and care instructions are part of each product page.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be produced or a price was clearly wrong; in that case we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Shipping costs, taxes and any fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. We are a small business exempt from VAT under the Belgian small business scheme, so no VAT is added by us. Import duties outside the EU may be charged by customs.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years. If a product is faulty or not as described, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All illustrations, texts, photos, the Dyvooo name and logo belong to Olena Klepko. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce the designs.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at hello@dyvooo.com; we will try to find a solution together.
