TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement, hereinafter "the Agreement" entered into between the online store, which has an Internet address DYVOOO.COM, hereinafter "Online Store" or "Site", and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter the "Buyer". The agreement defines the conditions of purchase of the products in the online shop and the use of its services.

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Agreement is entered into between the Purchaser and the Online store at the time of ordering. The Buyer acknowledges and consents to the terms of the Agreement in carrying out their orders in the online store by pressing the "Checkout" in the "basket".

1.2. The Buyer can be any physical or legal person, regardless of the territorial location of it in Ukraine or in the world, able to accept and pay for ordered goods in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement.

1.3. The Online store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

2. Product information

2.1. The Goods represented in the online store by photographic samples (photographic or graphic representation of the product), owned by the Online Store.

2.2. Each product (the image) is accompanied by a text description and price, if necessary - additional information in audio, video or graphical form.

2.3. At the request of the Purchaser the Online Store manager must provide additional information required by the Purchaser for taking a decision on the purchase.

2.4. The prices of goods specified in the Online Store may change unilaterally.

2.5. If the price of goods already ordered by the Purchaser changes, the Manager of the Online Store will at the earliest opportunity notify the Purchaser (by phone, Viber, Skype, or email) to get an order confirmation or cancellation.

3. Procedure of purchase

3.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented in the online store. More information on registration and receipt of the order can be found in the "Payment".

3.2. After ordering, an e-mail letter is sent to the Purchaser confirming acceptance of the order with the list of selected products and the total amount payable.

3.3. In the absence of goods in a warehouse the manager of the e-shop is obliged to inform the Buyer in an additional letter or at the phone number specified in the order.

3.4. In the absence of the ordered good, the buyer may replace it with another, or cancel the order. In this case, the money previously paid for the goods will be returned to the personal account of the Buyer, from which the Buyer may pay for other goods, or to the card with which payment was made.

4. Delivery and receipt of the goods

4.1. The delivery of the goods ordered from the online store is carried out in several ways. More details are in the "Shipping" section.

4.2. The delivery options that are not described in the "Shipping" section are discussed individually with the Buyer.

4.3. The cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the Buyer, with the exception of special offers providing free shipping offered by the Online Store.

5. Payment for the goods

5.1. The Payment for the goods is described in detail in the section "Payment". Other methods and terms of payment by request of the customer may be discussed with the personal manager of the online store.

6. Claims for goods/goods of inadequate quality

According to the legislation of Ukraine, there are two reasons for why the buyer may make a return or exchange of the goods bought by him:

If a product does not meet the stated manufacturer quality.

If the product meets all the requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.

Upon cancellation of adequate quality goods, the Buyer will be refunded the amount of money paid under the agreement, excluding the cost of shipping, no later than ten days after receiving the relevant requirements in the form of a written statement and returning the goods.

When returning defective goods, the shipping cost for the return will be refunded to the Buyer after processing. Depending on the request of the customer inadequate quality goods can be replaced or the paid amount of money will be refunded.

Defective goods are understood as a product with defect (s).

The product must meet the descriptions on the Site. The difference between the elements of design or execution stated in the description on the website is not a malfunction or defect of the goods.

Appearance and completeness of the product and completeness of the order have to be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery.

If the buyer was handed goods of improper quality, and it was not predetermined by the seller, the buyer has the right to use the provisions of the articles of the Law on consumer protection.

Due to the nature of the remote way of sale, product replacement can be performed only by returning defective goods and executing new orders for similar goods.

Any of the following requirements to return the goods must be presented to the Purchaser in writing by filling out an application or by placing prior written claims to the manager of the online store by email: info@dyvooo.com

Claims for refund of the paid sum of money for the goods to be satisfied within 10 days of presentation of the relevant application.
